Morning Covfefe Coffee: Cup Twenty-Eight

morning_coffeeToday’s post is brought to you by: Hills Bros. Original Blend. And a seemingly drunk tweet by the Grand Nagus.

It’s time for another Morning Covfefe Coffee thread, where I post the goings on and various things that are catching my attention. So let’s get it started!

-Prime got back home at around 1930 on Memorial Day. He spent that day and the previous day behind the wheel of a crossover vehicle, driving his mother to the abandoned hellhole known as Indy great state of Indiana. Why? To get a dog. No, not for us, for his mother. It’s a weiner dog and her name is–I’m not kidding–Sirius. Yes, she’s cute. And she’s already learned that yours truly is a sucker for cute animals.

-In “I wanna scream” news: Sonic Drive In has TF themed slushes and a Last Knight contest. We used to have Sonics in our area but now my only hope seems to be in Milwaukee, where they have two, including one on Miller Park Way. I must go. I want that Bumblebee slushie!

-For the helluvit, I went back and read my old blog yesterday. Damn, I was a smartass. I think my best post was one that I made after the Packers won the Super Bowl; I mentioned that Brett Favre was probably taking an angry dump in his Depends. Was it vicious? Yeah. But was it deserved? At the time, yes! (Seriously, Favre burned a few dozen bridges here in WI. That’s not a joke.)

-Prime and I are coming to the end of season five of Voyager. Then we’ll be switching back to DS9. I don’t think I can handle the feels trips.

-Remember how I mentioned that Twitter seems to be getting worse? Yeah, it feels like Facebook is as well. My block list has gotten larger as of late and it also doesn’t seem to be slowing down one bit. I fear that this will get worse before it gets better.

And that just about does it for now. Tune in next time where I pick through the sad droppings of my brain and try to find a kernel of non-crap. Until next time!

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
