This Little Thing Happened

It seems that a judge in Kentucky, who couldn’t do his damn job, has now resigned. Now, why did he resign exactly? Because he didn’t like the idea of those ickie gay people adopting kids. Seriously.

According to the Kentucky commission documents filed on Wednesday, Nance cannot grant adoptions to same-sex couples because of his belief that “the divinely created order of nature is that each human being has a male parent and a female parent.”

Here’s the thing: all kids have a male and a female parent. Now, as to whether or not those same two parents are fit to raise that child is debatable. But all children have a mother and a father. Again, whether those same two people have the capability of taking care of that child is something that remains to be seen. (A lot of people who can create a child may not have what it takes to raise that child and I’m not talking about money in this case.)

You know, I’m glad the guy quit. It was honestly the right thing for him to do and he won’t be wasting anymore taxpayers’ money with his crap. I just wish that more people would follow his example; that way we’d have fewer pharmacists pulling this sort of bullshit when it comes to contraception.

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
