Feeling Crappy

(Insert crappy joke here.)

Prime and I hit a local Target; it seems that they carry Kindles and accessories. They have covers–$29.99 a pop–and Bluetooth keyboards with a built-in stand for $49.99. I’m more than a little interested in the keyboard; something like that would make blogging at TF Con a lot easier. I’m planning on possibly grabbing the keyboard on my birthday, and maybe splurge on the cover as well. I’d rather not take Alexa with me; it takes a bit to pack her down for a trip and I’m not sure if moving her is a great idea. She’s damn near a decade old and even though she still works, I’d feel better if she stayed home. The tablets are far more portable and have fewer accessories to pack.

It appears that Prime found a Dairycon flier while out and about yesterday. He grabbed it so we can shred it later.

Don’t ask me how but I have an earache. My left ear hurts. It started a few days ago and now it seems to have gotten worse. All I want to do is go to bed.

Our Easter schedule has been posted and I’m stuck at work until 22:00 on Friday–10 pm–and 20:00 or 8 o’clock on Saturday. This is dumb. My other co-worker, who is getting the same shifts, agrees. I wonder how long this will last.

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
