Apparently, we’ve had a first look at footage from Bumblebee’s new movie. Before you go any further, head over to Comic Book.com and read up on what these lucky souls were able to see. It wasn’t a lot but it sounds good.

-John Cena is a Transformers fan. As if he couldn’t get any cooler. Seriously, that is awesome.
-Okay, a terrified Bumblebee, huddled in a corner? You’re breaking my heart already! Gah, I wanna cuddle him!
-It seems that Charlie names him. Huh.
-Bumblebee lets Charlie touch his face. And I’m over here melting. This is already hitting me in the feels.
-It’s confirmed: Bumblebee is mute. Charlie asks him if he can speak and he shakes his head, then touches his neck. Considering that this is a prequel, I’m not surprised.
-Later on, Bumblebee is fighting a red and white winged Transformer. Starscream, perhaps?
-Although there seems to be a decent amount of action, it appears that this is more of a “hit you in the feels” sort of thing. To be quite honest, that is exactly what this franchise needs. Action is good but a feels trip could really help revitalize the series.
-The rest of the footage seems like teaser footage. As if I wasn’t having a hard enough time waiting for December!
As I said before, there wasn’t a lot shown but it’s enough to get me ready. For once, I’m actually looking forward to December! It can’t come soon enough.
