Clipped

Getting up doesn’t appeal to me right now. For reasons.

So, Prime tried to mow the lawn today and the mower gave up the ghost. He hit a root on the stump of that problematic tree in the corner of the backyard and that was it. That damn tree has been gone for months but it still finds a way to make trouble.

My left knee is injured. It feels tight around the kneecap and is stiff when I walk. I don’t know what exactly I did to the muscles in that area but I did something to piss them off majorly. I’m afraid that it might be slow to heal, as I have to walk almost every day.

My Tamagotchi is inactive. I lost my latest one back when Sammy got sick and never restarted. I don’t know if I have the desire to start another one, to be honest. I just don’t know if I have it in me.

I’m supposed to hit a Timber Rattlers game on Friday. I don’t know if I can make it. Even worse? I don’t know if I have it in me to go. I’m still dealing with grief here. It seems I will be for a while yet.

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
