Baker’s Dozen

You have no idea.

Prime had another Fandango credit to blow, so he decided to hook me up with a ticket for a 16:30 showing of Bumblebee. It worked perfectly since I was done with work at 14:00 today and could just catch the bus to head over to the theatre. Sure, I had to walk to the Wal-Mart, but it wasn’t awful. At least it wasn’t windy. Cold, but not windy.

I’m now slightly tempted to take in a viewing of Aquaman, since it seems to be on its way out. There are fewer showings of it now than Bumblebee, which is rather telling, especially since both were released the same day. It’s looking as if my sweet little Autobot has some staying power, which makes me ridiculously happy. As for Mary Poppins? She can sod off. I mean, she’s not even blue!

Apparently, the government is open again. Until the next time the Grand Nagus decides to shut it down. Which will be three weeks from now. Gotta love living in a dystopian hellhole.

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
