Under the Bridge

Heard around the house:
Scene: Prime and I, sitting on the bed, playing Trivial Pursuit on Switch.
Category: Science and Nature, find all plants in the group of items.
Me: (to AI character as it’s choosing an answer) Pick “water”, you dumb fuck.
AI character picks “Water”, then throws a fit.
Prime and I: *several minutes of hysterical laughter*

It has been cold, cold enough to where Scamper refused to start on Wednesday morning. Thankfully, the cold has broken now and you can walk outside and not freeze your face. Tomorrow will be even better, with temperatures in the thirties. It’s a tropical heat wave!

Prime’s been a little under the weather lately. I’m hoping that he’ll feel more like himself soon. A sick Prime makes for a sad Silverwynde.

I’ve tried the new editor on WordPress; I don’t like it. It’s not very intuitive and it has a tendency to screw up my spacing. I’ll only use it for video posts, but for everything else, it’s the original editor for me.

I don’t know what the hell is up with the roads, but they are garbage. Absolute garbage. There is still snow on the pavement and the back roads are covered in slush; if you’re not careful, you could easily skid. You would think that the plows would be out in full force, getting this crap out of the way but nope. I don’t think they’ve salted worth a damn, either. I expect this sort of thing down South, but not in freaking Wisconsin.

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
