Low visibility, I take it?
We woke up to snow again this morning. Our second storm in the last few days and it seems we might be getting another one shortly after this. Lovely. As long as winter does this shit now instead of waiting for spring, like it did last year, I should be okay.
I’ve been getting acquainted with my new phone. It seems that it has a better camera than my tablet. Granted, it wouldn’t really take much, but I’m thinking I might use this at the ballpark when I’m at a game for shots of the field. They’ll probably look better on my blog posts.
The commute to work was nerve-racking. Most of the streets in our city hadn’t been plowed and a good number outside the city were only half done. One intersection had a mound of snow in the very center, deep enough to cause someone to get stuck or skid. It’s ridiculous. I have to wonder if there’s any real method to the snowplow routes or if they’re half assing this on purpose.
We’ve got something going on with the wi-fi at home. My phone won’t stay connected to the internet and our Nintendo systems won’t connect at all. The tablets are fine, though. It’s confusing and I’m wondering if it has something to do with the router. Prime’s said he’s going to have to take a look at things.
I’m off tomorrow but I really wish I had been off today. One less trip into town and dealing with the stupid roads. I’m hoping Prime will take in a movie or something. It is Tuesday.
Speaking of movies: it looks like I’ve missed my chance to see Aquaman in theatres. Oh darn. But if I want to take in a fourteenth and fifteenth viewing of Bumblebee? Well, there are still plenty of showings. Heh, trust me, it’s pretty tempting. No matter what Prime might say. 🙂
