Fossils

I guess as of right now, I’m in a recovery mode, of a sort.

The sneezing has gotten worse, but I can breathe. The coughing, when it does happen, is productive; I’m moving congestion out of my chest rather than it just sitting there. My throat feels almost normal, save for some slight swelling. But the pain is gone, so eating is easier, if not necessarily more enjoyable. I can’t smell anything. I’m simply too stuffed up to smell anything unless it’s extremely strong. I’m hoping that will clear up in time because right now, it pretty much sucks.

Prime and I saw Captain Marvel last night. If you haven’t gone, go. It’s a lot of fun and I fell in love with that Flerken cat, Goose. (Trust me, once you see the movie, you’ll get the joke.) I won’t go into any more details other than that, so if you want to know more, you have to go buy a ticket or two. It’s worth it, trust me.

We may be having wi-fi problems again. My phone was working fine but now the browser and my apps aren’t responsive. Yet, it’s saying that it’s connected to the internet. In other words, it’s doing the same crap it did several months ago. Prime may have to fix the router again so my phone can actually connect; I don’t relish the prospect. I’m hoping it’s an easy fix, otherwise I’m going to feel bad about Prime having to waste his time on this.
EDIT: I was able to fix the problem; all that needed to be done was a quick reset of the wireless router. No harm, no foul.

It’s finally spring. We’ll see if the weather will agree. It’s Wisconsin, after all.

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
