As in, “spring is on vacation and winter is subbing for the rest of the week”. Gotta love Wisconsin.
Yes, we’re getting snow right now. It’s supposed to be spring, but it looks like Wisconsin didn’t get the memo. It could be worse; the Colorado Rockies are going to have to make up today’s game against the Braves in August, since they’re kinda dealing with a blizzard right now. (Put a roof on that stadium and you’ll never have to worry about that again.)
Prime grabbed the Bumblebee signage from Shopko tonight and he learned an interesting tidbit: it seems that someone has been going around to various Shopko stores, buying up the displays. It’s enough to make him wonder if we’re dealing with a fellow fan, one who may not necessarily be on friendly terms with Prime. He’s said he’s going to keep an eye on eBay, as whoever this is will probably sell at least one or more of the sets. Maybe then we’ll know who we were up against.
I’m off tomorrow but I’m dreading the walk on Friday. If I’m lucky, the snow won’t stick around and I’ll be able to take the bus. If not, I’ll be stuck at work for several hours before I can clock in for the day.
