I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.

Sunday Morning Nostalgia Crush!

“Magic” by Olivia Newton-John. I loved her voice and her music was amazing. Don’t even get me started on Grease, since that was my favorite musical as a kid. A hearty “Fuck you, asshole” to the cancer that took her. … Continue reading

(Hose) Beast (Com)Mode

I thought when Pam had transferred back to her old warehouse, the doors would be quieter. I was wrong: Nature truly does abhor a vacuum and now we have something even worse. A psycho hose beast. We have a hose … Continue reading

We had our yearly meeting on Saturday. It was the typical “hooray for us” sort of thing that I heard while working for Walmart. Mostly, it dealt with the business but it also covered things like our culture and so … Continue reading
