Morning Coffee: Cup Thirty-Seven

morning_coffeeToday’s post–and good mood–is brought to you by: The Artisans of Coffee – Cocoa by Life Plus Style Gourmet.

It’s time for another Morning Coffee post, where I sip a cup of coffee and drop some useless knowledge on my blog. Without further adieu, let’d get started!

-As I mentioned last night, Prime and I caught Pacific Rim: Uprising. If you haven’t seen it, go. It is amazing. Seriously. And I would love to see Guillermo del Toro’s take on a Transformers live action film. I can’t help but think that this would be beyond awesome. But that’s just me.

-The ice is finally gone, so I can resume my walks to work. Even the sidewalk by the Ross store is finally clear and that one was the last holdout. So now I won’t be sitting on my tail in the breakroom for several hours before I have to work in the afternoon/evening. Thank Primus for spring.

Detective Pikachu has been released. Normally, I hop on the latest Pokémon game, but this one seems more than a little passable. Even worse, the game will run you $39.99, which isn’t exactly justifiable right now.

-Prime and I have been catching up with Enterprise. The show isn’t bad but it’s a slow start. I still don’t have a favorite character, either. Well, except for Archer’s dog.

-The liquidation sales have started at Toys R Us. As of right now, the discounts aren’t terribly great–they’re around 5 to 10%–but we’re expecting that to change. I’m also sitting by the phone, waiting for a call regarding some valances. If I can save some Transformer themed signs, I’ll consider this a win.

-Thanks to Pokémon Bank, I now have the Hidden Ability Alolan starters so I’m trying to breed a shiny Hidden Ability Litten. I’ve got a number of decent HA Littens but no shiny yet.

-Major League Baseball will be starting up this week. I can barely wait for this!

And that just about does it. Drop by next time where I toss some letters up in the air and see what lands. Until next time!

About Silverwynde

I'm a Transformers fan, Pokémon player, Brewers fan and all-out general nerd. I rescue abandoned Golett, collect as many Bumblebee decoys and figures as I can find and I've attended every BotCon--official and non--since 1999. I'm also happily married to a fellow Transfan named Prime and we were both owned by a very intelligent half-Siamese cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 16, 2018. We still miss him. But we're now the acting staff of a Maine Coon kitty named Lulu, who pretty much rules the house. Not that we're complaining about that.
